Monitoring - Our teams have made some tuning adjustments to the Remote Access service and we have seen improved performance and stability. We are currently monitoring the systems and any further reports to ensure these changes resolve the reported issues

Update - The issues regarding Remote Access have been identified and a fix is being worked on. At this time users previously experiencing issues should be able to log in but they still may see some overall performance issues which are still being worked on to correct
