AWS is reporting all services are back to normal. Based on monitoring, our services have also returned to normal that were effected by the incident.

Monitoring

We are currently experiencing an outage due to a vendor issue with AWS. There is a major outage with their service that is affecting Daysmart. Users may experience issues with all platforms that include logging in, messaging and use of the mobile apps. We are closely monitoring a resolution from them as well as any other issues that may arise due to the issues.
