Intercom has reported the issue is resolved and we have tested our inbound methods to reach our support teams. Everything appears to be in working order and the issue resolved

Intercom has implemented a fix and are monitoring the recovery. We will update here once the impact has been deemed resolved.
Intercom, the tool used to contact our support team and access the Daysmart Support Help Center is currently experiencing an issue.
At this time, customers may be unable to click the Intercom chat, submit support messages or view help documentation through the Daysmart in-app support widget. This may also impact the ability to reach our teams by phone as well. The Daysmart Salon, BodyArt, Spa and Pet platforms themselves remain operational.
